Martino is a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Capital Solutions at Houlihan Lokey, focusing on raising debt and equity capital to support refinancings, recapitalizations, restructurings, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and growth capital initiatives as well as advising companies on a wide range of capital structure matters. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Martino co-led the Alternative Capital Markets Group at both Sagent Advisors and UBS. 

Mr. Martino graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Colgate University with bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Economics. He also holds a J.D. and an MBA from Emory University and is a licensed member of the New York State Bar.
