Vladimir Andonov is a Managing Director of Business Development at Martis Capital, a middle market healthcare private equity firm. Prior to Martis, Vladimir worked at Capricorn Investment Group as an investment analyst where he spent his time on credit, private equity, and emerging markets. 

Vladimir received a BA in Economics and Political Science from Williams College. He obtained an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and is a CFA charterholder.
