Bharat Ramprasad is a Managing Director in the Diversified Industries group at Stifel and leads the firm’s efforts in Industrial Technology. In this role Ramprasad provides both M&A advisory and capital raising services to public and privately held businesses in the Electronics, Flow Control and Engineered Components verticals. Ramprasad began his career at Legg Mason and joined Stifel Nicolaus in 2005 as part of the transaction between Legg Mason Capital Markets and Stifel Financial. 

Ramprasad has a B.S. with Honors from Villanova University.
