Jeff Tillman serves as the National Business Development Leader at Crowe LLP. In this capacity, he oversees sales strategy, technology, and training, managing sales execution for the firm’s Audit and Tax business units as well as leading their full-time sales teams. With 15 years at Crowe, Jeff previously held the role of Southern California Managing Director at Tatum Partner LLC. He brings over two decades of leadership experience in professional services and holds an MBA from Loyola Marymount University. In addition to his work at Crowe LLP, Jeff is the past President of ACG 101.
Based in Southern California with his wife and two children, Jeff actively participates in community service. He maintains ongoing involvement with Casa Pacifica—the largest provider of children’s and adolescent mental health services in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties—where he served on the Board of Directors from 2016 to 2020.
