Ashton Gillespie is a Director at TM Capital, a division of Capstone Partners, focused on sponsor coverage and growing TM Capital’s Owners Summit. Before joining TM Capital, she led sponsor coverage for Deloitte Corporate Finance’s U.S. practice and supported the expansion of The Entrepreneur Summit, Deloitte’s Middle Market private company conference. 

Ashton graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with a B.S. in Management & Leadership.
