David has delivered above-market growth alongside profitability and working capital improvements at highly engineered product businesses for more than 25 years.  Over thirteen years he built his Lean skills as a commercial leader and general manager at Danaher.  David took those skills first to an employee-owned company, then to a public company before joining Lean Focus.  Throughout his career he has executed due diligence and post-merger integration.  He was a member of the executive team that sold their public company to private equity then was involved in its post-deal value creation.  David currently leads Lean Focus’ Private Equity practice.
