Jeff Horowitz is a Vice President of Acquisitions at RAF Equity, which he joined in 2021. He is responsible for sourcing new acquisitions and managing RAF's existing portfolio of companies. Previously, Jeff was an associate and investment manager with H.I.G. Capital in New York and London.

He earned a B.S., magna cum laude, in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
