Kevin Dugan co-lead’s the firm’s efforts in transaction execution and sourcing as well as portfolio oversight. During Kevin’s ten-year tenure at middle market investment bank Greif & Co., Kevin facilitated and navigated the complexities of sell-side M&A transactions for entrepreneurs and family-owned business in a variety of industries, most notably within the business services, consumer and healthcare spaces.

Kevin is a graduate of USC’s Marshall School of Business (MBA, 2010) and the University of Miami, FL. (B.S. with Honors, 1998). He spent his childhood growing up between Los Angeles, Dallas and the Dominican Republic, enabling his fluency in Spanish. Kevin spends most of his spare time chauffeuring his two children between various sports and arts activities but does squeeze in a round of golf every now and then.
