Mike Jones is a managing director at Citizens Capital Markets and Advisory, where he partners with clients in the consumer products and services sectors. With over 25 years of experience, Mike has advised private equity groups, family founders, entrepreneurs, and boards of directors on a wide range of strategic, M&A, and capital structure alternatives. 

Prior to Citizens, Mike was a managing director in the M&A groups at BMO and Wachovia Securities where he led over 200 mandates, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, go privates, public mergers, and activist defense advisories.  He earned his MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Lee University.
