Norma Kuntz is Chief Executive Officer of Gordon Brothers and a member of the board of directors. Norma sets the firm’s strategic vision, drives growth and innovation, and leads the organization to deliver long-term value for clients, employees and stakeholders. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Norma was most recently Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of global private equity at The Carlyle Group. 

Norma has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Babson College. She is a member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s board of governors. Norma is based in Alexandria, Virginia.
