At G2, Parm focuses on sourcing and originating financings within the organization’s sponsor universe, where he maintains an expansive network of private equity clients. Before coming to G2, Parm worked as a Managing Director at Configure Partners, where he helped middle-market companies and sponsors raise debt and equity across diverse transaction types and structures. 

Parm earned his B.A. from the University of Chicago, his Master’s in Health Science from Johns Hopkins University, and his MBA from Emory University. He resides in McLean, Virginia with his wife, three children and puppy.
