Preston Hayes is the Head of Portfolio M&A and Capital Markets for AEA Investors’ Elevate team. In his role, he supports AEA Elevate portfolio companies in executing acquisition strategies and capital markets activities.

Prior to AEA Elevate, Preston was a Co-Founder and Partner at Penn Hill Capital, an investment firm focused on structured capital investments in tech-enabled services and other businesses. 

Preston holds a BS from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, where he graduated summa cum laude from the Honors Program.
