Registration, Finance & Payments

There are no restrictions on who can attend ACG DealMAX. The program and networking opportunities are designed to benefit all middle-market professionals including, but not limited to, private equity executives, investment bankers, operating partners, corporate strategic acquirers, lenders, privately-held business owners and service providers.

Please note: you must be 21 years or older to attend official DealMAX conference events/activities.

Registration costs vary based on membership status and time of purchase. Please refer to the registration rates on the attend page.

All official DealMAX events, receptions, breakfasts Monday-Wednesday, lunch Monday and Tuesday, breaks, beverage service each day, and all programming is included in the cost. Hotel, travel, and incidentals expenses are not included.

To register start on the registration page. The DealMAX registration login is separate from acg.org, but utilizes your email to check your membership status. Additional questions? Email us at events@acg.org.

While ACG members benefit from a discounted registration rate, DealMAX is not restricted to members. If you are interested in joining ACG, please join here or email membership@acg.org. Membership status must be verified at the time of registration and must remain active through ACG DealMAX. Non-member registrations are not eligible for a partial refund should you join/renew prior to ACG DealMAX.

Attendees who receive the Member Rate at the time of registration must have a valid/active ACG membership at the time of the event. Should an attendee membership lapse, the difference between the member and non-member registration rate will be due before the event badge is issued.

A 3% payment processing fee will be added to credit card transactions (with the exception of those residing in CT, MA, ME). This fee covers non-refundable costs charged by our payment processor and does not represent surplus for ACG. Payment by debit card and check/ACH is also available. Payment by check/ACH will delay your ability to book hotel and receive log-in to ACG Access.

Check and ACH payments are accepted. Payment must be received a minimum of two (2) business days in advance of registration rate change to be eligible to receive the discounted rate. Registration rate deadlines are as follows:

Early Registration Rate Deadline – January 14, 2026

Regular registration Rate Deadline – March 25, 2026

Attendees paying by check/ACH will not gain access to the official ACG housing block until payment is received and processed. Attendees paying by check/ACH will not receive log-in credentials to ACG Access until payment is received and processed.

Checks must be postmarked by April 16, 2026. Any checks mailed after April 16, 2026 may not be processed until after the conference. Therefore, a credit card will be charged on site to obtain your badge and materials.

We do not have a special companion rate for companion/spouse registrations. All guests must register at the full conference rate.

Members of the media interested in obtaining a press registration should complete this form to confirm eligibility. DealMAX observes the Chatham House Rule for content sessions open to the press. Additional access restrictions may apply to particular sessions.

Group pricing is available to Private Equity, Investment Bank and Lender firms registering 3 or more colleagues. Reach out to events@acg.org for the group discount code, once two full price registrations have been completed.

DealMAX does not offer discount or promotional codes for registration. Whether you are a student, a new fund, a start-up, boutique firm, etc. our registration fees are applied consistently across audiences. We are confident you will find DealMAX rich in deals and benefits galore, and well worth the price of admission.

Confirmations and Receipts

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your registration has been submitted. The confirmation emails serves as your receipt. Please contact Showcare at acg@showcare.com if a confirmation email does not arrive within 24 hours.

Due to the complex nature of DealMAX registration and housing, ACG uses a separate registration system for the event. As such, DealMAX registration is NOT reflected on the MyACG dashboard when logged into your ACG account.

Cancellation, Substitutions and Changes

The full DealMAX Policies, Terms and Conditions can be found here.

ACG must receive all cancellations in writing via e-mail at acg@showcare.com. Cancellations received on or before Tuesday, March 25, 2026, 5:00 p.m. CDT will be refunded in full, less Payment Processing Fee. No refunds will be granted after Tuesday, March 25, 2026 5:00 p.m. CDT. The full DealMAX Policies, Terms and Conditions can be found here.

You may transfer your registration to another person, at any time. However, transfers after Tuesday, March 25, 2026 will incur a $150 substitution fee. Refunds on the difference in registration fees will not be given. The member rate and attendee type is applied to the individual, should a registration be transferred to a non-member, the additional fee will be charged to the attendee. Please email substitution requests to acg@showcare.com.
