General
Who Can Attend ACG DealMAX®
There are no restrictions on who can attend ACG DealMAX®. The program and networking opportunities are designed to benefit all middle-market professionals including, but not limited to, private equity executives, investment bankers, operating partners, corporate strategic acquirers, lenders, privately-held business owners and service providers.
While ACG members benefit from a discounted registration rate, DealMAX® is not restricted to members. If you are interested in joining ACG, please join here or email membership@acg.org.
Please note: you must be 21 years or older to attend official DealMAX® conference events/activities.
What is the DealMAX® Cancellation Policy
ACG must receive all cancellations in writing via e-mail at ACG@showcare.com. Cancellations received on or before Tuesday, March 4, 2025, 5:00 p.m. CDT will be refunded in full. No refunds will be granted after Tuesday, March 4, 2025 5:00 p.m. CDT.
What's Included in the Cost of Registration
A DealMAX® registration includes breakfast Monday-Wednesday, lunch Monday and Tuesday, snacks and beverage service throughout the day, and admission to programming sessions and official DealMAX® events and receptions. Recreation and hotel costs are not included.
How to Host a Table
There are several options for hosting a table during DealMAX®: Sponsorship, Dedicated Tables, and Investment Banking Deal Tables.
Sponsorship – Most sponsorships include space in the DealMAX® Lounge and/or within the host hotel. Additional sponsorship benefits vary by level. There are no eligibility requirements to sponsor at DealMAX®. Contact Kaitlyn Gregorio at kgregorio@acg.org for more information.
Investment Banking Deal Tables – One complimentary table with seating for four in the DealMAX® Lounge is included in the Investment Banker registration for qualified investment banking firms. A limited quantity is available on a first come, first served basis. Firms that wish to purchase a second Deal Table may do so during registration, or by emailing events@acg.org. If looking for additional meeting space as an investment banker, reach out to kgregorio@acg.org for sponsorship options.
Dedicated Tables – Available for purchase through registration, this is your reserved meeting space for the entire conference. Located just outside the Deal Tables room on Level 1, these tables include seating for four and beverages available throughout the day. There is a limited supply of tables, so be sure to secure yours early.
Confirmation Email & Receipt
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your registration has been submitted. Please contact Showcare at acg@showcare.com if a confirmation email does not arrive within 24 hours.
Registration Not Appearing in MyACG Dashboard
Due to the complex nature of DealMAX® registration and housing, ACG uses a separate registration system for the event. As such, DealMAX® registration is NOT reflected on the MyACG dashboard when logged into your ACG account.
Colleague Replacement
Name changes should be made by March 4, 2025 to avoid hotel reservation challenges. Both registrants (the original registrant and the replacement) must be included in the communication. The hotel reservation must be updated directly with ARIA, if name change is made after March 4.
To change the name on your registration, please send an email to acg@showcare.com with the name of the individual who will be taking your place. Please also include the new attendee’s contact information for follow-up information.
Please note: registration substitution (i.e., name change) does not automatically change the corresponding hotel reservation after March 4.
DealMAX® Companion Rate
We do not have a special companion rate for companion/spouse registrations. All guests must register at the full conference rate.
Press Registration
Members of the media interested in obtaining a press registration should complete this form to confirm eligibility.
Group Discounts
Group pricing is available to Private Equity and Investment Bank firms registering 3 or more colleagues. Reach out to events@acg.org for the group discount code, once two full price registrations have been completed.
Logistics
Hotel
Attendees can book a room at the ARIA or Vdara directly in the DealMAX® registration portal. One room per attendee may be booked. Rooms must be booked by Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 5 PM CDT to be eligible for discounted rates.
Room Rates are as follows:
- ARIA – $255 on peak nights, plus taxes and a $33 resort fee
- Vdara – $239 on peak nights, plus taxes and a $33 resort fee
Reservations will not be accepted by phone to the ARIA Resort & Casino (or Vdara Hotel & Spa) nor on the ARIA’s website using a group code. To make, modify, or cancel reservations, an attendee must make those in the registration and housing portal. Alternatively, they may email Showcare at acg@showcare.com. Registered attendees may call Showcare to make a reservation by phone 514-228-3074.
Attendees must provide valid credit card information for room guarantees via the DealMAX® registration system or by telephone. No credit card information will be accepted via email.

ACG’s Official Housing Provider for the DealMAX® room block is Showcare Event Solutions.
Discounted Room Rates
The discounted rate for a standard room during the peak dates at the ARIA is $255 per night (not including tax and resort fees) and $239 (not including tax and resort fees) during peak dates at the Vdara.
ACG has secured a special daily resort fee rate of $33/day which includes: Wi-Fi, access to fitness center, local phone calls, and boarding pass printing.
Make a Hotel Reservation
All DealMAX® attendees must register for the event before having access to the negotiated room rates in the official ACG guestroom block at the ARIA Resort & Casino and the Vdara Hotel & Spa. One guestroom may be reserved per registered attendee (reservation name must match registrant name).
Housing Cut-Off: Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 5 PM CDT

Reservation Without a Credit Card
All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card with an expiration date beyond the checkout date.
Hotel Confirmation
Attendees receive a reservation “acknowledgment” email from Showcare within 24 hours from receipt of the housing request. Attendees will receive an official confirmation letter from the ARIA or Vdara once the reservations are transferred over to the hotel in early April.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Rooms within the DealMAX® room block at the ARIA Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel & Spa are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy. Booking with outside travel sites and/or through the hotel may result in different terms and conditions.
To cancel reservations prior to March 4, an attendee must make those in the registration and housing portal. Alternatively, they may email Showcare at acg@showcare.com or call Showcare at 514-228-3074. No changes can be made March 5 – 13 while reservations are being transferred and processed by the hotel. After March 13, please contact the hotel directly.
If an attendee cancels his or her DealMAX® registration before March 4, 2025, then ACG will cancel the corresponding hotel reservation.
Adjust Reservation Dates
Visit your attendee portal to make changes to your hotel reservation. Portal details can be found in your confirmation email. You can also email acg@showcare.com with questions.

Other
Childcare
Childcare will not be provided by ACG, but we encourage you to check with the host hotel to see if they can assist you.
Transportation
Complimentary transportation will be provided to the DealMAX® Golf Tournament.
Dress Code
The dress code for DealMAX® is business casual.
Quiet Room
ACG is passionate about designing events that feel safe, inclusive and accessible to all. There will be a Quiet Room available near the DealMAX® Lounge, which is open and available to all DealMAX® attendees in need of a quiet space.
Parent Nursing Room
ACG provides a private space for nursing parents who need to pump while onsite. This room is open and available during open Lounge times. This space offers private, curtained-off areas. These are equipped with a chair, side table, and electrical outlet. Restrooms are available nearby. Infant care supplies are not provided. A shared refrigerator is available in the room. Please be sure to label all products. Use of the refrigerator is at the risk and responsibility of the attendee.
Animal Policy
Pets are not allowed at DealMAX®. The only exception is for service dogs, which must be kept under control at all times. Please contact events@acg.org with questions.
