In recent years, Family Offices have become a potent force in the global Private Equity class. Many growing companies have come to see Single Family Offices as a uniquely valuable source of funding. In turn, SFOs are increasingly investing in companies to create a new avenue for long-term growth and wealth appreciation.
Moreover, Family Offices are co-investing alongside private equity sponsors as partners in deals. This way, family offices share the due diligence and risk management burden. It also allows them to gain exposure to the best deal flow while leveraging the expertise and resources of the private equity firm, who they may be allocators in.
This invite-only DealMAX workshop will welcome Single Family Office and select PE investors to discuss middle market co-investment opportunities in an intimate and informal breakfast setting.

This event is by invitation-only and open to global Single Family Offices/UHNWIs who are actively investing in sector agnostic Middle Market private transactions, co-invest with other family’s or buy side investors and/or have allocated to fund managers as LPs. Committed capital must be $10M upwards.
