ACG must receive all cancellations in writing via email at acg@showcare.com.
Cancellations received on or before Tuesday, April 4, 2023, 5:00pm Central will be refunded in full. No refunds will be granted after that time.
Because the approval process varies by ACG Chapter, please allow enough time for your membership to be processed before attempting to register.
There are no restrictions on who can attend DealMAX. The program and networking opportunities are designed to benefit all middle-market professionals including, but not limited to, private equity executives, investment bankers, operating partners, corporate strategic acquirers, lenders, privately-held business owners and service providers. While ACG members benefit from a discounted registration rate, DealMAX is not restricted to members. If you are interested in joining ACG, please email membership@acg.org.

A DealMAX registration includes admission to all conference meals, sessions, and official DealMAX events and receptions. (recreation and hotel costs are not included)
There are a several options for hosting a table during DealMAX: Sponsorship, Dedicated Tables and ACG Deal Tables.
Sponsorship – Most sponsorships include space in the DealMAX Lounge and/or within the host hotel. Additional sponsorship benefits vary by level. There are no eligibility requirements to sponsor at DealMAX. Contact Kaitlyn Gregorio at kgregorio@acg.org for more information.
Dedicated Tables – Consider this your dedicated table for the entire conference, providing you with a simple solution to hold meetings throughout the event. Located just outside the Investment Banking Deal Tables room on Level 1 and available for purchase, there is a limited supply of tables, so be sure to secure yours early, during the registration process.
ACG Deal Tables – One complimentary table in the DealMAX Lounge is included in the Investment Banker registration (sell-side only). The complimentary table is comparable space to the Dedicated Table ($1,750 value). A limited quantity is available through March 1, 2023.
If you register using the online registration system, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after your registration has been submitted. If you choose to mail your registration form, you will receive your confirmation email after your registration and payment have been received and processed by our registration staff. Please contact Showcare at acg@showcare.com if a confirmation email does not arrive within 24 hours.
ACG will accept name changes at no charge up until Tuesday, May 2, 2023, 5:00 p.m. Central. To change the name on your registration, please send an email to acg@showcare.com with the name of the individual who will be taking your place. Please also include the new attendee’s contact information for follow-up information. After May 2, 2023, no online name change requests will be processed. If you need to make a substitution after that date, your colleague must bring a written substitution request (on company letterhead) with your authorization for the change to the DealMAX registration desk at the host hotel. A $350 name change fee will be required for all on-site substitutions.
Please note: registration substitution (i.e., name change) does not automatically change the corresponding hotel reservation.
We do not allow companion/spouse registrations.
Members of the media interested and eligible to obtain press registrations should contact events@acg.org to register.
Childcare will not be provided by ACG but we encourage you to check with the host hotel to see if they can assist you.
Complimentary transportation will be provided to the ACG DealMAX Golf Tournament and DealMaker Golf Invitational.

ACG’s Official Housing Provider for the DealMAX room block is Showcare Event Solutions. Please be advised that ACG has NOT contracted a third-party to assist attendees in booking reservations for DealMAX, and these services are not affiliated with ACG or DealMAX.
The discounted rate for a standard room during the peak dates at the ARIA are $239 per night (not including tax and resort fees) and $179 (not including tax and resort fees) during peak dates at the Vdara.
ACG has secured a special daily resort fee rate of $25/day which includes: WIFI, access to fitness center, local phone calls, and boarding pass printing.
All DealMAX attendees must register for the event before having access to the negotiated room rates in the official ACG guestroom block at the ARIA Resort & Casino and the Vdara Hotel & Spa.. One guestroom may be reserved per registered attendee (reservation name must match registrant name).
Housing Cut-Off: Tuesday, April 4, 2023
Reservations will not be accepted by phone to the ARIA Resort & Casino (or Vdara Hotel & Spa) nor on the ARIA’s website using a group code. To make, modify, or cancel reservations, an attendee must make those in the registration and housing portal. Alternatively, they may email Showcare at acg@showcare.com. Registered attendees may call Showcare to make a reservation by phone 514-228-3074.
Attendees must provide valid credit card information for room guarantees via the DealMAX registration system or by telephone. No credit card information will be accepted via email.

All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card with an expiration date beyond the checkout date.
Attendees receive a reservation “acknowledgment” email from Showcare within 24 hours from receipt of the housing request. Attendees will receive an official confirmation letter from the ARIA or Vdara once the reservations are transferred over to the hotel.
Rooms within the DealMAX room block at the ARIA Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel & Spa are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy. Booking with outside travel sites and/or through the hotel may result in different terms and conditions.
To cancel reservations, an attendee must make those in the registration and housing portal. Alternatively, they may email Showcare at acg@showcare.com or call Showcare at 514-228-3074.
If an attendee cancels his or her DealMAX registration, then ACG will cancel the corresponding hotel reservation.
