What to Know Before You Go
DealMAX is Almost here!
To help you prepare and have the best possible experience, follow the steps below.

- Download the ACG Access app (App Store | Google Play) to keep all this information at your fingertips
When You Arrive
Check in and pick up your badge at the registration desk located at the ARIA West Convention Center, Level 2 starting Sunday, April 6 at 12:00 p.m.
We highly recommend you pick up your badge on Sunday afternoon or early Monday morning starting at 7:00 a.m. to avoid check-in lines. Please note: there is no luggage check available at the conference – if needed, you may drop your bags at the bell desk.
You must have the following items to get your badge:
- Your Registration Confirmation QR code (download to your wallet or bring a printout). Sent directly from ACG@Showcare.com
- Picture ID (ex. driver’s license or passport)
Bringing a colleague who is not yet registered? Everyone must be registered to enter the conference space. Onsite registration can be completed online at DealMAX.org at any time while on site.
Name Badges
- Badges are required for access to the event. No exceptions.
- Each attendee must pick up their own badge with identification (driver’s license, passport, etc.). Colleagues will not be able to pick up badges for their team.
- Lost or stolen badges will be replaced at the full onsite price. No exceptions.
ACG Access
- Make sure to download the ACG Access App (App Store | Google Play) before getting onsite.
- The App is your best resource to follow the schedule, adjust pre-scheduled meetings, and message other attendees. You can even sync your conference schedule with your existing Outlook or Google Calendar!
- For assistance onsite, please visit the Info Desk in the Level 1 Foyer. For assistance beforehand, please contact: enduser-support@meetmax.com.
New this Year!
- Make warm introductions instead of cold calls at Starbucks in the conference center, now officially part of the DealMAX conference space. This year, access to Starbucks is reserved exclusively for badged DealMAX attendees, and drinks are on ACG! Enjoy a complimentary coffee while you hold a meeting, or pop in on your way to the cabanas, and take advantage of this new resource for networking at DealMAX.
- Cabanas are accessible via a new pathway adjacent to Salt & Ivy (follow the DealMAX signs!). Located a few minutes’ walk from the Lounge, the new cabana pathway will allow badged DealMAX attendees to move more quickly between the Lounge and Cabana spaces.
Accessibility & Accommodation
- Parent Nursing Room is available on the 3rd floor, providing a private space for nursing parents who need to pump while onsite.
- Quiet Room is available on the 3rd floor, open during Lounge hours and is available to all DealMAX attendees in need of a quiet space. Phone calls and conversations are prohibited!
- DealMAX Registration and the DealMAX Bar offer handicap accessible counters.
- We take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. The DealMAX registration form allows you to inform of us of dietary restrictions. To help ensure you have a pleasant experience, we have provided menus to all of the major meal functions here. All buffets will be labeled with the corresponding foods and restrictions listed in the menus. Should you have dietary concerns onsite, please ask any ARIA banquet staff member for information regarding ingredients.

- Dress code? Business Casual. Comfortable shoes are recommended!
- If you’ve registered for any extra events you will receive an additional email. Contact events@acg.org with questions.
- Name changes should be directed to acg@showcare.com.

- DealMAX Lounge: Opens Monday, April 7 at 8:00 a.m. for Attendees and Exhibitors.
