Sponsors can use Freeman Online to order shop additional products and services, find detailed shipping information, and more:
Exhibitor Registration & Housing
Sponsors register and book housing through the Sponsor Portal with a unique password.
Once the sponsor’s unique portal is set up, they will automatically receive an email including a link to the registration page and their unique password to access their portal.
Sponsors will see their inventory of complimentary sponsor registrations in the portal.

- I’d like to add more attendees from my company than I have in my sponsor contract. How do I do that? Login to the Sponsor Portal for registration and housing to purchase additional attendee registrations.
- I’m a marketing representative from my firm. Do I need a registration to attend? Yes, anyone entering the conference space must be registered for the event.
- Does the company’s speaker for our content session need to be registered for the event? Yes, anyone entering the conference space must be registered for the event.
- How can I reserve a private meeting room or cabana? Email Kaitlyn Gregorio at kgregorio@acg.org.
- How do I order catering for my booth, cabana, or private meeting room? Reach out to hmerrick@acg.org.
- How do I register for golf? You can sign up for the DealMAX® Golf Tournament during the registration process. Space is limited.

- Where can I order additional furniture or other items for my booth? For ordering additional items, use Freeman Online. Please reach out to hmerrick@acg.org for questions about changing the pre-set furniture in your booth.
- Where can I order AV or additional electrical for my booth? These items can be ordered through ARIA Exhibitor Services.
- Where do I ship my booth items? Shipping information can be found on Freeman Online.
- How do I order lead retrieval for my booth? Log into the Sponsor Portal and click the Lead Retrieval link in the upper right-hand corner of the page to download a PDF or order online. A single device is $310 if ordered before March 14. Additional pricing is available in the sponsor portal.
